2007 lance milan 150cc stock vs upgrade

I got a milan 150cc 2 months ago with 1054 miles on it, the owner lives on the top of a huge hill and he said the bike strangled to make it up hill so he left it in the garage most of it life, here what I found out when I opened.....

Stock:
- Stock variator is about 5mm smaller than usual
-17grams weights, they ware super flat and worn out
-105mm fan
-835 20 power link belt
- all stock, horrible shaking at accelerating, took forever to reach 50mph, was changing to High about 20mph, and bog was bad,

Upgrades
-Uni filter
-120 Jet
- New CVT 115mm
-115mm fan
-13 Grams weights
-1500 contra spring
-1500rpm clutch springs , I wish did the blue 2k
-CDI/Coil and NGK spark
-Kevlar belt
-all new fuel and vacuum hoses
-removed the emission control system

I like the way that runs now, but I will switch the clutch springs to 2K blue if I open the case again, the bike have 1400 miles, I am switching to synthetic oil,

Other changes
-LED head light, I don't see any improvement on this, the pattern is too scattered $9
-LED turned signal, 👏👏👏 big difference I like it, $9
- LED rear stop light, thumbs up $7
- 135 dB horn $45
- New high quality oil fluid
- Rental grips from dirt bikes, super cushion , super grip, I really like them $22

Needs/Bad
-Front shocks sucks , squeaks like a Mo@#$)$/ , just bounce up and down
-rear shocks need,zero shock absorbing

Thanks to everyone in this forum for all the info and topics

My Jonway is like a twin of the Lance Milan. Pretty much the same bike. The harsh ride is part of the deal with this type of front suspension. Other than the ride, I have no complaints with my scooter. It has been 100% dependable since new....now 6 and 1/2 years old with 14,350 miles on it. Ride yours the way it was intended to be ridden, keep up on your maintenance, and it will last for a good many miles.

The only improvements/upgrades I've done are: Emissions delete during PDI, Airbox delete, in favor of K&N Cone, Replaced roller weights with sliders (have tried 12's 14's and now have 15's in it...14's are best for me and my terrain), Taller tires (OEM 120/70x12 replaced with 110/90x12), Added a VDO oil temp gauge and volt meter and 7 additional lights and indicators....also a windscreen.

If you click on my user name above the grumpy old man photo, then public profile...there are a couple of photos of the scoot, its' original plug, air filter setup, etc. located in the "My Stuff" album
