157qmj clutch springs from ebay.

Hey everyone. Kinda newb here. I went against my normal judgement and ordered 2k springs non branded. I received them and noticed they are a little longer. The place is telling me there are two different clutches on these bikes. I have two bikes and 3 clutches all the same. Are they just bsing me? I installed anyway. Clutch grabbed at 800 rpm. Just as I expected.
Thanks

Clutch springs can be different designs, it depends on the clutch maker. Most spring hooks I get are equal length from the coil, but on a couple clutches I have serviced, one had different length hooks. The matching length hooks would not fit into the shoe w/o binding.

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to replace the clutch instead of playing guessing games.
