Well technically you kinda asked that question, I have a windscreen. It may be tiny but still helps with the tuck and get me to 76mph.
If you have over 50cc I'd say add a windscreen (ie 125cc and up) but it truly does help. If it didn't then why would companies waste money on forming their fairings around one.

My wife got me a tall OEM windshield for my Piaggio Liberty after hearing me complain about getting pelted with rocks and such while riding, and its a birthday gift! Excited for it to get here!
