Piaggio LT50 information.

Right gents, I picked up a Piaggio LT50 from the original owner only lightly used, 2k miles on it for 500$ with tittle and everything. I have never owned one of these before. My last 2 scooters was a genuine buddy 50cc and a Kymco Peoples, both excellent scooters.

What I want to know is the communities general opinion on the LT50 if its got a reasonably descent reputation and what not.

Also I understand there are supposed to be after market engine kits in order to increase the speed and performance of the scooter, if anyone can point me in the right direction so I could find one of these it would be greatly appreciated. Also what other mods can I do?

In general I just really want to know what people think and If I got a reasonably good deal for the scooter as im suffering from a bit of buyers remorse but just had to jump at the chance because ive always heard really good things about the Italian Brands.
