Need help 2008 250 XSPEED engine siezed common problem
have heard this was a factory defect and common problem ......and people in the know.......know what the fix is....and think it is a two part harmony????
Thank you for sharing the info with me 2008 xspeed 250 with 1k miles on it.....tried to move crank but frozen think like a Hyosung ms3 ...or suzuki knockoff motor like linhai? |

United Motors was manufacturer(Jincheng)
Hyosung ms3 is like the same bike
from what I understand UM quietly went out of business Feb, 1 2011 |

took engine apart
seems the connecting rod bearing is stiff(shot)
anyone have any experience here looks like machine shop and parts? done some online research and looks like 40 ton press and parts a la expensive? |

You're going to have to find a dealer or Google Hyosung MS 3 parts and see if someone sells parts for it. The Korean manufacturers never pushed and some, like Daelim, just disappeared entirely.
