1500 is only like 300rpm higher than idle. Why did you swap out the stock 2000rpm springs for 1500rpm springs? That literally the opposite of what every other tuner does to improve take off/hill climbing.

Change your jet back to 80, and install 2500 or 3000 rpm springs.

You say it runs great but has no power up hills if I read that right. What kind of air filter, foam or stock? It is a 50cc scoot so power will lose to gravity on a hill. Two strokes lose a lot once the revs drop off. You could try blocking off the air box a little, simulating a little choke, and see if your power picks up and then check the plug.

I put the stock pipe back on with 1500 clutch and torque springs.its a 72cc that's why I was surprised.i had the same set up on my Chinese and it went 53 but it was geared higher.i have 5.5 rollers and I can go up hills great now since the stock pipe wakes up at 7 mph.im happy until I figure out which pipe works the best
