Finally got scooter. Still can't ride due to MSO needinig futher verifaction.

Agent stated Chinese scooter MSO needed verification from DOT. I live in PA. Bought scooter online. Could be a few weeks before I get tag and registration/title. Anyone else have this issue? They put a rush on it for me. Tao Tao Lancer 150. Not happy.

Yep. That's how MCOs go. They must recieve the MCO, verify it, and in most cases, mechanically inspect the scoot, before they title it.

Thanks. The DOT actually called me yesterday to get the mileage. She said she was finishing up the titling and registering it. Maybe I'll get the tags and reg by week's end.
