IMO, you are doing exactly what you should do as steps to getting back up. Instead of throwing in the towel and saying "no more..", you are asking what others have done. As has been said, if you ride, you will at some point go down, sometimes hard, sometimes soft. Look at the accident, and learn from it. If you could have done anything different that would have changed the outcome, make that change in your riding. If you simply could not have made a difference (and often, there isn't anything that you could have done) then take away that knowledge also. The fact that you are asking the question says a lot.. Whatever you decide, go in peace..
