He got lucky... Here in Michigan they have the right to PIT Maneuver you while on a Bicycle...Scooter or Motorcycle if they even THINK you are going try to run from them. We saw them PIT a kid about 16?.. on a Honda Hobbit. 2 cars pushed him right into the pumps at the gas station pinning him there..

Usually it's reverse, a few police motors for a parade of a few thousands.

Maybe we could start a protest march! We'll get somebody to make up some signs that say-"Scoot dawgs lives matter!" We'll start a march & chant that!
