I need an advice.. I have unrestricted CDI and the engine would go up to 11k RPM or even more, sky is the limit!

Since this can't be good for the engine, I keep it at 8,5 - 9k myself, the speed is 60 km/h. How can I maintain the same RPM and rise the speed? Heavier (lighter) roller weights? How 'bout sliders?
I was told that stock roller weights are 6g. So, 5g sliding roller weights?
