Thanks. I got everything together but now the starter won't turn the motor over, I tired so many times that now the starter won't even spin even when off the bike. I took it apart and can't see any issues with it. Nothing smeels burnt or looks fried. And the brushes look good.
For this being my first motor being put together like this its pretty easy, I love these little motors, they're so simple! And cheap to maintain! Also what kind of oil should I put in this bike for a first start? And is it safe to use rtv on the gasket surfaces along with the gaskets? Im probably going to be asking a lot of questions about this motor. |

A good 10W-40 is just fine for an oil. I wouldn't use RTV in a place where the engine will get hot and it will be exposed to oil. The gaskets should work fine all by themselves.
