Workout Routine!

I'm 71yrs old but I workout almost daily! I use Bowflex, Perfect Pullup, Wts., Perfect pushup handles, Etc. In NH , I was an Enforcer for two Bike Gangs. I'm sure many would like to kick my a** so why make it easy for them. Those days are LONG past but I still like to look in shape to have personal pride & to look good for my wife! She stood by me in all of those crazy days. Irish

I "attempt" to stay in shape by mountain biking and doing some weight lifting.

Try to eat healthy foods, stay active, spend as much time out of doors as possible, heat the house with wood, rather than oil or gas, walk, walk, walk, and stay away from the drug pushing doctors for as long as I can.

[and stay away from the drug pushing doctors for as long as I can.]
That is my Prime Directive, above all things.
I love to stay active, learn things, work my garden, and tinkering with stuff.
I love to take my fly rod for a walk now and then, decorating the pines and elms with fly imitations along the streams.

In the winter, backcountry ski touring:

In the summer, hiking, mountain biking and kayaking:

Also I got to snorkel quite a bit when I was on vacation in Hawaii last year:

Hope I get to do that again one of these days!

Also here's a fun little run on the scoot for good measure:
