History Repeating Itself
I just googled Benelli and look who their new American distributor is? SSR, the importer for SSR pit bikes, dual sport bikes and scooters.
benelli.ssrmotorsports.com/ In 2014 SSR and Q.J./Keeway penned an agreement to control North American Distribution of both the Benelli and Keeway product lines. Unlike the lumpy, fragile Italian bikes of old, and new, Benelli has it's R&D done in Italy and built in China with heavier materials and eye on durability. Let's see how this develops. Isn't this the way the Japanese took over?
