3) to sell a cheap Chinese 250cc to the Police
4) to horn in on American Brands domain.

My ride only does 84mph also! But then I have to shift into a few more gears!

Competing with liter-plus BMWs and Harleys is a tall order for a quarter liter bike from China. I hope it goes well for CSC.

Yup, would be a major achievement if they can get into that market. Everything I've read about the RX3 says that it should be a very capable bike..
