Recycling Scooter Crates?
So anybody have any suggestions for recycling the metal frames that are around scooters?
I've got 4 of them sitting around now and seems I should be able to create something.... yea I could cut them up and send them to scrap yard but I'm looking for more creative suggestions, preferably involving my welder! Suggestions? |

Can you screw some planks to them and make shelves?
Maybe make a work table for the scoot. You can roll the scoot on top of it with a ramp to avoid bending over during maintenance.

Crates!
Before I traded it in , my RW came in one of those metal crates. If you're a Do It Yourselfer as I am , hang onto the metal. If not , someday you'll be doing a project & wish that you had it! Also you can sell it to the people that buy metal by the lb. Irish
P.S. When I moved , I put everything that was made of metal in piles that were separated by the different metals. One of my S.I.L. put it in his pickup & got a lot of $ for the piles. They weigh them & give you so much. |
