2006 Jackel (chinese scooter/gy6/150cc) Something draining battery.

I had the engine rebuilt and new wiring harness put on. The starter and battery are brand new. It completely drains the battery when I drive it at night. It obviously something to do with the lights(headlights, turn signals, etc.) Not sure what to do?

Have you checked how well it's charging at idle and and when revved?
If everything's verifiably good then it's probably the stator.

Time to get a wiring diagram and do some trouble shooting. Check the output before and after the voltage regulator/rectifier. Also check for some kind drain on the battery when everything is off. If it has a remote start or accessories added I'd be looking at those also.
