Yepper that was my thought. Not a big deal but IMO unless you're on a Topper the jacket looks a little goofy.

Looks to be a rain jacket and with that said, he wont look as goofy when he get there dry.
Also i'm thinking it just might be Tokyo bell day. ( and no that was no typo)

I do have to ask Al but when i lived in Sarasota it rained right at 4pm this time of year and i mean 4pm not 3:59 or 4:01pm.
So let me guess... you got hit with a good rain at 4:30'sh?

Just a guess-- how far am i off?

I wouldn't dare wear Harley swag while riding my scoot in Texas (unless I was riding a vintage Topper).
