50cc taotao carb hoses

Hi here's a pic of my 2014 Tao Tao ATM50a. I've got it to turn over, but something is not right...the idle is inconsistent, and races up so high it seems like it's gonna blow up!! I had a "friend" mess with the carb recently, and now I'm just trying to get it all hooked up the RIGHT way. Can anyone tell me what hoses go where? Please and thank you!
