HELP! New scooter problem

Hi,

I just bought a used jinjiane scooter. There are three key slots.
Ignition, seat cover, but what is the one on the back of bike behind the seat, I put the key in turned it right and it won't come out!! Please help

Could it be where you lock your helmet to the scoot .

Can you take a pic of it ??.

Having trouble figuring out how to get gas in your new scoot then I would contact the person that sold you the scooter.
I'm guessing that's why they sold it.
