Does this look like a "6" to you?

After finally removing my air filter, I noticed this little mark...

Now, it's not for-sure, but doesn't this mean my scooter could be a secret 60?

According to this old thread... http://scootdawg.proboards.com/index...&page=1#411861

Currently it's 49, and anything 50 or over needs a motorcycle license anyways

Ya see therein lies my problem, haha. In Illinois technically a "moped" cannot exceed 30mph. The main road I've been trying to get to has a speed limit of 35mph. If I get caught just once then I'm probably doomed. Then again, I am rather paranoid...

with their eyes.
now if they have a speed gun on ya, diff story
but even if they catch ya, you can always plead ignorant
"hey my speedo said i was only doing 29"

Maybe it is really "666", you just can't see the other 6s. (Oh my!)
I have sold 72cc kits to thousands of people and not one has told me they were planning on telling the MVD of the change they made. I seriously doubt that the cops are going to checking to see if you are going 35 instead of 30. Unless of course you live in a town that still enforces and fines people for the "no spitting" laws enacted back in the 1800s.

All I know is that the Bull Valley cops are the worst; hell it's still illegal in my state to speak "English" because our official language is supposed to be "American".

Chicago land cops can be pretty scary, but I'll take your word for it that I'm being paranoid. Afterall, my engine has a big "49cc" stamped right on it... They would have to mandate a check to see what my actual cc is.

and then again
the posted speed sign
is supposed to be the max, not the minimum
so run at 35 , believe me people will be passing ya
and the cops will catch them
