Honda Aero 80 Headlight/Dash light

So earlier I put a post up about all my electricals being dead in the front of the scoot.

Also earlier today I went to the track and got the dash board that was left in the storage container behind turn 1 and 2. Had the ignition keys and everything in the dash. Title/Registrations/Service Receipts, (The guy who let me have it really was organized.

So, I got that, it had some spare fuses in it, So I popped one in, now my turn signals and horn work, but my dash and head lights still do not. Confusing.....
