A9 Camshaft rattling, please help

I have a Puma Falcon 150cc 157QMJ scooter. I bought and added a A9 Camshaft and installed it correctly and did the valves at .004 but upon start up, now it rattles a bunch. I don't know why, please help. Even added a video.

Dude sounds like your timing chain tensioner isn't engaging. or one of the timing chain guide is out of alignment.

Well I know the tensioner works cause i have to use a screwdriver to bring thing up and when I release it, it springs down and sits on the top of the top chain guide. The top chain is not movable and I know the bottom chain guide is seated correctly cause it sits in the 2 little notches on the big bore part. Its so frustration cause it seems like everything is right...

Did you replace the timing chain tensioner with an A9 specific one? A9 cams use their own sized chain and tensioner.

Also, you should use a new chain and tensioner each time you replace a cam, not just on scooters, but on everything that has a timing chain.

I did not replace the tensioner or chain, was not aware of it. Thanks for the reply! I'll look for a specific chain and tensioner for the A9
