GY6 11 pole stator's red/blk wire doesn't connect to anything?

Hello everyone! New to the forum and like to get some help before I spend any more money.

This is like my 5th GY6 harness for Ruckus. Previous ones had no issues, but this one is missing a wire that should connect to red/blk wire from the stator. There isn't none from the wire.

So I have 4 pin plug and the timing pickup wire.

Am I missing something or is that wire not needed?

I appreciate any help, and it's sad to see totalruckus go (or I just simply can't find it anymore).
