New to forum and scooters

Hi all. I full-time in a 74 GMC motorhome. I've been looking for something to get around on without having to tow a car. I found this 2014 taotao lancer with 5.9 miles for $400. It's been sitting for over a year. Haven't got it started yet. The carb is really clogged up and sealed so I have ordered a new one. I will update as I go. So far I've gone thru and tightened every bolt and screw I could find. The battery charged up and the motor turns over nicely.
