I No Nothing

I got a gtr 50 in a trade none running,I do a lot of small engine shows,4 cycle briggs etc.I was wondering what I have a normal carb clean

I do not know much about it .I do know it is a CPI made 2 cycle,missing turn signals,need a battery ,kick start is not all there.got it for a fifty dollar bill.One of them that runs but needs a battery and carb cleaned.I am able to clean the carb,Have done many in the past just not this type
