Cosmo Cub made by Vega,

Does anyone out there know anything about these? or maybe point me in the direction of some info? I have googled it and everything points to buying a manual off Ebay. I have one going to show up in my shop tomorrow, so I was just poking around to try and get a head start. Thanks guys!!!

Chinese scooters were made under so many names. A picture or a description of engine size or engine model would help a lot.
