Clutch slipping?

Hello, first info about my scooter:
75cc BGM PRO Alu kit
CVK sport carb
2eXtreme performance variator
2eXtreme racing clutch
drilled out original exhaust
5.75g MotoForce roller weights
86 main jet
MotoForce ECO 729mm belt
Car spark plug cable
Original counter spring, 1000RPM 3 clutch springs

Now here is the problem:
When i installed the 75cc kit scooter went around 100km/h and it had good acceleration -it was screaming
After a mounth later the problem started, it went only 60km/h with poor acceleration. Engine was running well, but RPMs were higher on take off and acceleration. So i inspected the CVT -clutch pads were worn and clutch bell was purple.

Then i bought 2extreme racing clutch and new clutch bell. I installed 2000RPM clutch springs and it was over-revving and going nowhere, so i installed 1000RPM (softest) springs and its a little bit better, but this is not it, it still goes only 60km/h and its still over-reving.
I tried going up hill and i was doing about 10km/h at full rpm, than it started smoking out of CVT cover vent :S Also i can clearly see that clutch pads are grabbing the bell with only half of its surface :S

It would be logical that i need to install softer springs, but 1000RPM are the softest, so what can i do? Im getting less than half of the power from my scooter, other power just goes out with over-revving :S
I cant try springs from old clutch because they are bigger.

Here is also another strange thing (handebars are shaking after take off (at 00:05), plus you can also hear the over-revving, watch the video):

Thank you for your time

The first thing you need to do is take off the variator case cover, put marker lines on the variator and ride. You will know if your belt is going up all the way on the variator from that. You might go to another clutch. Not all performance parts are infallible.

Ok, so i installed original clutch and now it takes off perfectly, handlebar is not shaking anymore, acceleration and top speed are better/higher, but this is not it :S Top speed is 80km/h instead 100km/h. Clutch and springs are identical that i was using at first place. What could be the problem, what can i try now, could this be the CDI? Thank you!

I see this. 5.75g MotoForce roller weights

What weights did you have originally? You might pick up top end with 6 grams.

What he said "KZ1000". The belt must go to the top of the variator face AND to the bottom of the clutch drum simultaneously to achieve the highest road speed. From there you are limited by how fast your engine spins ( RPMs)
The centrifugal clutch springs will change how high the engine revs before you leave from a dead stop. Once you are above app 10mph those springs have no consequence .
Check to be sure the belt is correct/ I've just had my ass kicked by purchasing online and got the wrong belt size. One symptom was a reduced top speed. My size was off by only 2mm in width, it makes a world of difference !

Hy, thanks for your anwser, originally those engines have 8g weights, i changed them a while ago when it had 50cc bore, i gained on top speed and acceleration (i think that they put in that heavy weights as some sort of restriction). From then i didnt change them and when i installed 75cc kit top speed was around 100kmh. Maybe they worned out. I have 6g rollers at home and i will try them...
But if i put in heavier weights acceleration will be even worser, right? Or can weights be so light that engine is over revving and not getting chanse to "grab" those accelerations?
Thank you

Nope, im using the same brand and size belts for 2years now, so this could not be the problem, unless belt is worn. I will try with heavier weights and if this wont solve the problem i will go with new belt. Thank you for your time.

I know I sound like a broken record but it's possible the performance rollers are letting you down. They may have flat spotted and aren't opening the variator all the way. Besides, a quarter of a gram between the 6 and 5 3/4 gram rollers shouldn't affect acceleration that much. You might get more top end with a very slight loss of take off.

Youre right, they are flat spotted! I will change them today and i will also try original variator.

im tuning my variator so from what im getting from you is if I take my cover off and look at both pulleys and the variator should be at the highest and clutch the lowest at the same time?i know this has been askes so many times and I appoligize for repeating the question
