Sticking disc brake pad

Lately every ones in a while after braking the pad stays engaged, so the scooter feels like the brake is on. Sometimes it pops off quickly other times it stay on for some yards and then I can feel it pop off. Anyone had this happen to them. It looks like there is still some pad left on it.

Sounds like the pad is sticking on the retaining pin or the piston is getting stuck in the bore. If the pads are past the wear line, replace them. I wouldn't recommend riding it till you get it resolved.

To see the wear line you have to take them off?

Yes, it will have 1 or 2 grooves in the face of the pad.
