New Scooter PROBLEMS :(

I have had a bitter taste in my mouth since my scoot has arrived.
You may or may not know I recently purchased a TaoTao 150cc. I have had nothing but problems with it and im stressed. In the luggage rack there are 2 bolts snapped off in there so I can not even install a box. Then when I was installing the front wheel for the life of me I could not get it tight. Turns out the nut was stripped. Now my left blinkers will not work. I called the company where I bought it for the past few days. killermotorsports I had 48 hours to make a claim. I left them over 6 messages and still no return calls or anything and its now day 3. I can never get ahold of anyone. word of advice DO NOT DO BUSINESS with KILLERMOTORSPORTS. I will also be filing a claim with the "BBB" against them for their shady practices.

Now I have a tech question. I can get the thing started but as soon as I give it any gas the scoot dies. Any suggestions on what I should do so I do not have this problem. Please help
