50cc owners from New York State
Looks like I will be getting either a Genuine Buddy 50cc or a roughhouse 50cc.
NY doesn't go by CCs for running on a regular, non-motorcycle driver's license, but by top speed..which is 30mph. I understand that often the 2T engined 50 ccs will do 40 even without derestricting. Question, if I buy either of those two scooters..is the law likely to get on my case if I am doing 40 mph? What is your experience? |
