Miss garage!
One thing that I really miss here in Florida is a garage! In N.H. I had a 20' X 20' garage. Here all that I have is a car port. A garage is nice because if you're in the middle of a build , you can lock your garage & everything will be as you left it!

Not to mention that wind and rain won't blow thru a garage, and that you can add heat or cooling if the weather outside is uncomfortable.

I would build a garage here but the stupid (wife chose ) retirement village that we live in prohibits any building but the carport! The resident owns the home but the property is owned by them. If I wasn't so old , I would buy a piece of property & build what I wanted!
