TGB R5 laser

i have a 06 tgb r5 laser. has a 49cc 2t motor. came with a no spark issue. poped in a stator from octane 101. had a new orange coil. and a new blue metal 1PZ cdi. new battery 12.6v++. new spark plug cranks but no spark. could of put money on the stator being bad...lol.
Cdi looks fishy. i believe its a AC fired for a four stroke?? but plugs in the 2t cdi harness. If im correct this is DC fired system? can anyone recommend a legit CDI DC fired part? Octane 101 has a cdi for the tgb laser 50ccm but its 40$ and doesnt really specify DC or AC on the site. but all the models seem to use the same 5 pin cdi. I used the method to confirm i have DC by having 12v at the cdi harness why key is on.
Blue metal CDI i curently have has writing on it.....

Has Blue,green.black,red,yellow wires
its smaller and has a little red light on its end by the wires and would flash when it was being cranked over.
I traded away my 47mm big bore gy6 for it. did i make a bad move??
