Can't start.. wire harnesses unplugged?

Hello everybody I just registered and look forward to meeting people on here. I have a Amigo ice bear it was stolen from me and I got it back yesterday. The ignition was drilled out so it needs a screwdriver to turn and it turned on electrically the lights work blinkers and Horn. When I press the ignition it just keeps on trying to start but never starts there are two small wire harnesses unplugged underneath where your feet go does anyone know what these plug into I cannot figure it out
