big bore kits

Buying a roketa scooter next week and from my understanding they have tags on the frame not on the cylinder.reason I'm asking is in n.c its legal to ride 50cc without a licence and if these kits have 70cc stamped on the head or cylinder I can't get one.

Hi
Why bother with one at all as you still have to follow the speed limit for them and that is only 30mph or less
If you go faster then you would be breaking the law

Take care and ride safely
