Wrong head/valve height

I was getting the scooter ready for this summer....wanted to take the emission crap off...got a 80cc upgrade BBK. So now I know my engine had the 69mm valves and I got the wrong kit. My question is can I just get the rocker arm assembly for the short valves or is there another difference??
I also found that the intake plastic riser was cracked...probably the hesitation I had when giving the throttle after coasting down a hill.
