Missing VIN?

Can anyone tell me where to find the VIN on a 2008 Vento 150 scooter?

On most scooters the VIN is behind a little cover inside the leg shield. Other times the VIN in under the floor board. The under the floor board ones will get caked up with gunk and blend into the frame.
