Priming carb

What is the proper way to prime my 49cc Tao Tao after sitting outside all winter. Thanks. Oh by the way I'm just a girl.

Ugh! The dreaded re-start after sitting. We kicked the crap out of both the Vino and the Zuma to get them to start the first time we ran into the spring no-start. Now, we use a quick blast of starter fluid. Remove the air filter cover, give a quick squirt, and try to start it. Should start in around 5 tries. Once you get it running again, run half a bottle of Chevron Techron in the gas, then the rest of the bottle on the next fill up. Good stuff that really works. Please dont hold the starter button in and let it crank away till the battery dies. You will overheat the starter motor and flood the motor. Press quick/normal and let it sit for a few seconds before trying again. Finally, change your oil for spring time! Sitting still requires a oil change.
