Found scooter

Found this and decided to repair it as a new found hobby, anyway i got it running but i can't figure out it's make and model, hopefully there's someone out there with some knowledge who can be helpful... Check it out:

Years ago there was a company called Wildfire in Pennsylvania that sold a line of scooters and everything else. This looks like one of theirs. Of course back in 2008 and thereabouts many now defunct companies may have sold similar models.

What does it say on the VIN plate?
