80cc big bore kit questions

I have a 80cc big bore kit that I acquired, and am currently waiting for the gaskets to come in the mail. While I wait I am trying to get all the information I can, so that when the gaskets come I know exactly what I need to put the top end of my scooter together and get the most out of what I have to work with.

My first question is what head should I put on my scooter with the 80cc big bore kit. I have a 64mm valve head that I acquired with the 80cc big bore kit but I don't know if they were purchased together or if the person I bought my parts bike from put it on because that's what he had to work with. I also have a couple of 69mm valve heads. One of which I have bored out the intake and exhaust ports as well as the intake manifold as much as I dare without taking to much from the structure, and integrity of the parts. The intake, and exhaust ports are ported but not polished however the ports are pretty clean and smooth. So given the information I have provided can anyone tell me what head would be best with my 80cc big bore kit and why?
