gy6 75cc -new vario and clutch and scooter goes nowhere

Hy i have gy6 with 75cc kit. When i had 50cc in i changed variator to 2xtreme Performance and scooter getted slower acceleration and slower top speed (50 instead of 70kph). I called the shop and they told me that this is because i also have to install 3 clutch springs that i recived with the vario. But those 3 springs didnt fit on my clutch, so i leaved that.
1 month later i installed 75cc kit. Top speed was around 100kph and it had excellent acceleration.
Then it burned the clutch, so i repleaced it with 2EXTREME Racing 107mm clutch and also a new clutch bell with it.
I installed red (2000rpm) springs that i recived with variator and scooter was taking off on too high revs and it had poor acceleration and top speed only about 50kph, so i installed blue (1000rpm) springs and its little better, but not much :S

I always have 6-gram roller weights in my scoot.

What is wrong? Did anyone had this variator and clutch, so you can clearly tell me if those two are worth shit or something is wrong whit the setup?
