If you are talking about a bare bar conversion, they can be a bit of a pain in the butt. First, you need to find a stem thats tall enough to clear the panels. Then, choose bars wisely as the wrong height or width can require a change of brake cable and brake hose. Finally, dash board options. Vapor and Koso make nice ones. If you reuse the original controls that saves a bit of time and trouble, just have to drill set holes for the controls so they stay put. If you scoot already has bare bars then the manufacturer did most of the hard work for you. To run the bar end LED's, you should be able to use your stock bars. Just get creative with wiring and drill out any bar end weights that might be in you OEM bars, as not all bars have them.
