Roketa MC 04 150Y Aftermarket Air filter

Okay friends.

I have the Hunter style scooter with the 157QMJ 150cc engine and the underseat airbox.

I like to replace that airbox with something high flow but everything I find shows a large direct connect airfilter that I do not believe will fix under my storage bin under the seat.

What have you all found that works?

Three days and not one responce!!!

I use a piece of radiator hose with a 90* bend, attached to carb. inserted a short piece of PVC into other end of hose, and clamped a small K&N cone filter to exposed portion of PVC. Secure filter end of this intake to something solid for support.

You will need a larger main jet when installing a breather of this type... 115 works well in my case...I will try to get a picture of mine and pm you with it.

Thanks big time rks, that does help a lot. question, the tube coming from the fan assy to under the carb, what does it connect to or is it just blowing air at the carb?
