I've seen a lot of these. You can make virtually all shapes.
They've done it with personal 3D plastic printers (PLA and ABS), and now just did it large scale with concrete, or something glu-ish like it.

Reminds me of the Jetson's episode where Cogswell Cogs puts up a brand new office building in 5 minutes by extruding it out of a nozzle.
