GY6 80cc , 24mm carb after 30km/h the acceleration is .....

Hey there guys. So some days ago I finished my scoot' project. Sadly ,but I think there's still something wrong with it. Can you diagnose the sound in the video? The acceleration after 30km/h is not so sharp like it was on lower bore cylinder... could an faulty stator cause poor high speed ?
