Help finding the correct air box

I have bought a "project" a 2008 Jonway "looks like a VIP, the decals are gone from it", the vin says it should have a 4 stroke, however it has and is factory setup for a 2 stroke to include the oil reservoir, etc. We have rebuilt the 2 stroke, and it is running now. I bought a new air box for the VIP/GY6/CY50A body style, but the shock is in the way to properly install it.
Can someone provide me with a picture or part number so I can buy the right one, without having to modify a bracket for the wrong one?

Thanks

You can buy an intake boot that can adjust 360 degrees to get it to fit.

Therein lies the problem, where it is on the milk crate is inline with the bracket that it should bolt to. Which makes me think perhaps I should seek out one for a long box?
