Thumbs down Shoes!

I have an infected sole on my foot. The VA gave me these shoes that are like a sandal but have cut away foam rubber on the bottom. They are very effective but don't try shifting with them! Irish

Your trike would probably look good with one of those hand-operated suicide shifters, Irish.

I checked before to see about having one made but I settled for a heel & toe shifter. The first bike that I ever rode had a side _(Tank mounted) shifter! Irish

Ironic, I've injured my feet and ankles much more than my head when riding. Take good care of your feet, mobility is important as we age gracefully.
