Thanks alot guys!!! I simply cannot wait to get this new exhaust on!

And then once thats done, I will be making my own flange and mounting wither a D&D Shorty muffler or a stock shortened Gsxr Muffler....which ever sounds better/deeper

Here is a pathetic video of the idle I made before my exhaust broke. It should sound better with the larger head pipe !

Gag

Well guys... I have some very bad news

While practicing my staging and launching this afternoon, my axle snapped

I suppose it was because I got the tire VERY sticky, but I really didnt have a choice as it just spins if I dont warm it up

Axle

Hehe

Now time for some good news

I finished my long tube header today. With what I feel is great results. Although now it feels like I need to retune, or just goto a larger carb.

2000* Header Paint (White will hold in more heat after hours of research)

Scooter is still ugly tho

It is a good feeling to build a bike with so much power that it can snap hard parts like that isn't it?

I'm sure you will have it fixed quick nice header

Hehe

I have decided to cut up the exhaust and go another route with it today. Mainly because it was way too loud to ride. Everybody looked when I came screaming down the road @60mph

So now I have manufactured a flange for a motorcycle muffler I had laying around. The muffler is in VERY rough shape, but it sounds good so I will use it anyways. Or maybe my $400 D&D muffler. Still not sure yet.

Stay Tuned
