I removed the tank and it was the petcock. The tank is okay. The rubber gasket fell apart after 11 years.

I already purchased Tank Weld for it. I have to remove the tank and clean it. Hopefully, I can repair it.

The tank is metal and it's a PIA to find a replacement. So, I'm gonna try JB Weld: Tank Weld. It's been a loyal scooter for the last 6 years.
