Scooter of the Year?
Let's see, the SMax does 80 mph, the Vespa 300 maybe 85 to 90.....maybe. The SMax costs $3800, the Vespa costs upwards of $6500. The SMax is Japanese, the Vespa is Italian. I guess Mystique is more important than value and reliability.
