I'm not sure if Italika and Italica are the same thing -- Italicas are very popular in Florida, but they just seem to be a rebrand of generic Chinese scoots. My 50cc "Italica Grace" is a Znen machine. I've had it for close to a year and it has yet to fail me. Bought it used.
I just ordered a brand new Italica Bulldog 150 (Honda Navi clone) from the dealer who sold me the used 50cc.
